may 27 2026Río Breogán will continue to count on Erik Quintela in their roster for another season. This was announced by Tito Díaz, the sports director of the Galician club, during his appearance on the O Noso Basket YouTube program.
The Galician point guard will face his sixth season in the Liga Endesa, consolidating his bond with the blue club and maintaining his role within the Breogán project. Quintela, one of the players most identified with the Lucense entity, contributed this season 1.6 points, 0.9 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game in ACB competition.
The player's continuity represents a new move within Breogán's sports planning for the 2026/27 season, a particularly significant season for the club, which will celebrate its 60th anniversary.
