Somogyi, who holds a non-EU roster spot in the Liga Endesa, currently plays for Hungarian side Szolnoki and comes off a standout campaign in the Basketball Champions League. The point guard averaged 13.9 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 8.3 assists per game, establishing himself as one of the most productive playmakers in the competition.
Interest in the player extends beyond the Basque club. AEK Athens and Alba Berlin are also closely monitoring the Hungarian international's situation, as he could make the jump to a higher-level league this summer.
