Casimiro and the Undefeated Breogán

The longest interview in the program is with Luis Casimiro, nearly an hour of conversation. The discussion covers Breogán's impressive start and basketball in general, in a relaxed chat with a coach who brings a long track record in the ACB. It's the centerpiece for anyone wanting to understand how the Lugo-based team has built their perfect beginning.

Before that comes Aíto García Reneses. A voice like his justifies hitting play on its own, and the program welcomes him with explicit thanks to the "master". The episode opens with Julio Bernárdez, president of FEGABA, who explains the electoral system of Galician basketball.

Deep Dive into Galician Matchday

Paco Trigo opens the analysis block with a review of the third matchday of Liga Endesa and 1ª FEB. Then Pablo Abuín brings out the whiteboard and explains tactical situations from the three Galician ACB teams using video footage.

Next comes the Laretada ACB, with Nacho Rama, Roberto Anidos, André Couce and Eros López. The four analyze Río Breogán's victory over MoraBanc Andorra and Monbus Obradoiro's win against San Pablo Burgos, as well as Leyma Coruña's loss to Bàsquet Girona. The stands also get their moment, with Ernesto Redondo (Tsunami Naranja), Carlos Rivas (Pecho 3 Obra) and Dula (Peña Breogán). Paula Pérez and Andrés Cachalvite complete the analysis with COB's defeat to Cantabria in 1ª FEB.

Liga Challenge, Youth Development and Refereeing

Fernando Buendía, head coach of Maristas Coruña, presents his team following a historically significant victory: the first for the Herculino club at home in Liga Challenge, the second of the season. The program also travels to Ribadeo and Ferrol to follow Galician youth selections and the Xuntanza Mini from the seven delegations, with Darío Méndez and coaches Rubén Vigo and Iago Mariñas. To close out, Dani Illán interviews Adrián Álvarez, referee and head of studies at the Galician Referees School (ESGAR).
