Basketology's approach differs from conventional camp formats. Its program is built on a progressive training system where each session has a specific purpose and forms part of a global improvement process. The goal is not simply to accumulate training sessions, but to help players better understand the game, make better decisions, and apply what they've learned to real competitive situations.

One of the central elements will be initial and final assessments, with technical and conditioning tests that will establish each participant's starting point and measure their progress by the end of the campus. From there, the training plan will cover key content including offensive and defensive one-on-one play, pick-and-roll development, spacing, reading the floor, integrated competition, and daily video analysis.

Throughout the week, players and coaches will combine on-court work, strength and conditioning sessions, video meetings, clinics, and applied competition. The structure is designed so that trained concepts have immediate transfer to real game situations, reinforcing both technical execution and tactical understanding.

Technical direction will be led by Antonio Pérez, a high-performance coach with international experience, Emirates Cup champion, recognized as best coach in Dubai, and with experience in FIBA Europe competitions. Joining him on the coaching staff will be Trini Bou, Álvaro Sánchez, Borja San Miguel, Jorge Abruñedo, and Jose Nacher, completing a technical team focused on the player's overall development.

The campus will take place at Pazo dos Deportes in Lugo, with facilities prepared for sports training, fitness room, technical equipment, accommodation in a sports residence, and full board. The residential format will allow participants to focus exclusively on training, resting, learning, and competing.

With its own methodology, daily video work, personalized assessment, and planning focused on performance, the V Basketology Campus 2026 presents itself as an opportunity for players and coaches looking to take a step forward in their development.
