First Quarter:

Shortly after, Alex Rivas scored a two-pointer and Meana hit a three-pointer from the top of the key to give Llíria the lead. The first three minutes were evenly matched at 8-8. It was Meana with his second three-pointer who managed to extend his team's lead. After a 2-7 run favoring Gandía, Victor Pérez hit a long three-pointer to regain the lead. However, fouls by the home team took their toll in the first quarter, and a basket by Molina gave the visitors a +5 advantage with 2 minutes left in the quarter. A final push by Llíria with Victor Pérez leading the way left the score very close (22-23).
Second Quarter:
Salomon opened the second quarter with a three-pointer. The centers from both teams stepped up and each scored a basket in the paint. Next, Soler hit a mid-range shot to extend the lead, but Alex Rivas tied it at 30 with a three-pointer with 6 minutes until halftime. After another three-pointer by Alex Rivas and a 2+1 attempt by Enabulele that didn't convert the free throw, the first timeout of the game was called. With Alex Rivas hitting his third three-pointer—he was his team's best player—and a layup by Kandulu, the home team went up +4 with 2 minutes until halftime. With 17 seconds on the clock, Gandía called a timeout for the final possession, which ended with a mid-range shot by Greeley to tie the game (42-42).
Third Quarter:
Cody scored from the paint to put his team ahead. Quickly, Enabulele answered on the other end and the score was tied again. Both teams came out hot in the second half and traded baskets at 6-6. Although a three-pointer by Victor Pérez put the home team ahead, Greeley decided with two three-pointers that he wanted his team in front. The quarter was a three-point shootout—one by Hurtado for Gandía and one by Salva Gallego for Llíria put the game at +2 for the visitors with 1:40 left in the quarter. Next, Salomon tied the game at 59 points with a three-pointer. Several free throws for Gandía left the score at (59-63) heading into the final quarter.
Final Quarter:
The game went to the final quarter with everything still to play for. Llíria struck first with Alex Rivas's fourth three-pointer and a dunk by Kennedy to take the lead. Additionally, a 2+1 by Salomon gave his team a +4 advantage with 7 minutes remaining. Greeley scored again with a two-pointer and surpassed 20 points for himself. What a run the team coached by Javi Vilaplana put together after a three-pointer by Zeki. With 4 minutes left in the game, the run was 16-2 and a +10 for Llíria. After a timeout, Zeki converted a 2+1 to increase the lead even further. The final minutes of the game with everything decided were a constant celebration by the home crowd. Finally, the game ended (83-73) and Llíria took the derby with a fantastic performance by Alex Rivas, leaving Gandía with very low scoring in the final quarter.
