Cedi Osman Nearing Return to Anadolu Efes

Cedi Osman could be very close to returning to Anadolu Efes, the club where he developed and made his jump to the NBA. According to @sekmorova, the Turkish wing has reportedly reached an agreement with the Istanbul-based team to begin a new chapter with the club.

The move still awaits official confirmation, but it would represent a significant return for the Turkish market. Osman previously played for Anadolu Efes before departing for the NBA, where he subsequently played for the Cleveland Cavaliers and San Antonio Spurs.

The wing comes off a 2025/26 season with Panathinaikos, where in EuroLeague he averaged 12.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game. Additionally, he shot a solid 36.9% from three-point range, an important stat for a player who can provide outside scoring, physicality, and wing experience.

For Anadolu Efes, his potential arrival would have dual value: sporting and emotional. They would recover a homegrown player, Turkish international with NBA experience, at a moment when the club is looking to rebuild a competitive project around high-caliber names.

Pending the official announcement, Osman's return to Efes is beginning to take shape as one of the most notable moves in the European market.
