jun 16 2026Nutribullet Treviso has officially announced the return of Dewayne Russell. The American point guard returns to the Italian club, where he previously played for two seasons before pursuing new opportunities elsewhere in Europe.
Russell thus ends his stint with Río Breogán, the team where he served as starting point guard during the 2025/26 season. The point guard had joined the Galician club from Turkish side Petkim Spor and became one of the key references on the perimeter for Breogán thanks to his playmaking ability and scoring prowess.
With this signing, Treviso brings back a player who already knows the club and Italian competition well, in a move aimed at continuity and experience to strengthen their roster for the upcoming season.
