Valencia Basket has signed American power forward with German passport Dylan Osetkowski (2.07m, San Diego California, 08/08/1996, 29 years old) to join the club's first team for the next two seasons, through June 30, 2028.

With recent experience in the Liga Endesa as a key piece at Unicaja for three seasons, Osetkowski arrives after competing in the EuroLeague with Partizan, a team with which he averaged 8.6 points and 9.7 rating per game, appearing in 35 European competition matches.

In his best season with the Andalusian club, he reached 11.8 points, 4.1 rebounds and 12.3 rating, approaching 40% accuracy from three-point range.

NCAA Beginnings and Consolidation in Germany
After his high school education, Osetkowski joined Tulane Green Wave at Tulane University in 2014. There, in New Orleans, he began to stand out after an initial adjustment year, reaching figures of 11.3 points and 8.3 rebounds before requesting a transfer to the University of Texas. In this new stage he continued to develop, even improving his stats to reach 13.4 points and 7.2 rebounds in his first year, 11.1 and 7.2 to exceed 14 average rating in the second.

After his college experience, his professional career continued in Germany, landing at BG Gottingen and making an immediate impact. His adaptation could not have been better, as evidenced by his 12.6 points and 6.2 rebounds per game, for 15.2 average rating. This led him to sign with ratiopharm Ulm, where beyond maintaining his solid numbers in the German domestic league, he left his mark in Europe. The 20-21 EuroCup saw him take off with 17.9 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists for a rating of 21.8 per game. Throughout this period he made the three-point shot one of his main weapons, and consistently maintained percentages above 40%, even when he decided to leave Germany for France, playing the 21-22 season with LDLC ASVEL, where he maintained his importance, competed in the EuroLeague for the first time and won the national title by defeating AS Monaco in the final.

Solid Performance in Liga Endesa
In the summer of 2022 he signed with Unicaja Málaga and Spanish competition suited him perfectly. He established himself with the Andalusian team as one of its most important pieces and left great impressions during three seasons. During that period he won two Copa del Rey titles, one ACB Supercup, two Basketball Champions League titles and one FIBA Intercontinental Cup, of which he was also MVP. Titles to which Dylan contributed while consistently maintaining figures around 11 points per game and 4 rebounds on average, even reaching 12.3 rating per game in his best year.

Last season the EuroLeague called on him again, this time with Partizan, where he has alternated European competition and the Adriatic league, playing a total of 57 games, averaging 8.6 points and 2.9 rebounds for 9.7 rating in the domestic competition, and 7.2 points and 2.9 rebounds in the continent's top competition.
