ASISA Joventut and Real Madrid have reached an agreement for the loan of Eli John Ndiaye, who will become a new player for the Badalona club until the end of the season. Ndiaye arrives with the objective of strengthening the Penya's interior game and bringing energy, intensity, and versatility to the squad led by head coach Dani Miret.
Eli John Ndiaye (Guediawaye, Senegal, 26/06/2004) is a 6'8" power forward who stands out for his athletic ability, mobility, and potential on both ends of the floor. The new Badalona player will bring physicality and intensity to the interior game. His ability to run the floor, defend different types of players, and battle for rebounds make him an especially valuable profile for the Penya. On offense, his mobility and agility allow him to run the floor effectively, in addition to being able to play near the basket and having the ability to score from three-point range.
Developed through Real Madrid's youth categories, from a young age he stood out as one of the players with the most potential of his generation, completing his development in the white team's youth system. There he was crowned European Junior champion and MVP of the competition. With Real Madrid's first team, he won a EuroLeague title, three ACB League championships, one Copa del Rey, and three Supercopa titles. From Madrid, he made the jump to the United States, where last season he played with the College Park Skyhawks, an affiliate team of the Atlanta Hawks in the G League, where he averaged 8.1 points and 6.9 rebounds per game.
This summer, Ndiaye re-signed with Real Madrid, and this 2026-27 season he will play on loan at ASISA Joventut, where he arrives with significant experience and eager to continue growing in the elite of the ACB.
