iLerna Lleida secured their second preseason victory on Sunday against Kids&Us Manresa in a game that wasn't decided until the final second (99-103).

After twenty minutes of complete parity on the scoreboard, Lleida managed to build a small lead in the third quarter that Manresa fought back to erase in the fourth. In a closely contested finish, the Lleida side managed their possessions better, securing their second victory in the Sant Julià de Vilatorta tournament.

Both teams engaged in an initial exchange of baskets, displaying intense play on the court (17-17, 7:00). With the first substitutions coming in, the pace didn't slow and the battle remained tight until the end of the period (18-20, 10:00).

In the second quarter, Manresa managed to take the lead on the scoreboard after trailing for several minutes (28-25, 13:00). Following a timeout called by Gerard Encuentra, the Lleida squad stepped up their intensity, leading to another back-and-forth exchange until halftime that favored the visitors (42-45, 20:00).

In the second half, the burgundy squad managed to withstand the attacks thanks to their accuracy from beyond the arc and built their largest lead of the game (60-67, 28:00), which they maintained until the end of the period (68-74, 30:00).

The final quarter followed a similar script: Lleida strung together another run that allowed them to extend their lead into double digits, but Manresa answered in the best way possible and tied the game at 91 with three minutes remaining. With everything still to play for, the burgundy side were more accurate and defended better, resulting in the final 99-103 score.
