Isaac Nogués Returns to Joventut

ASISA Joventut has reached an agreement with Isaac Nogués for the next two seasons. The Badalona native returns home after his development years in the club's academy and signs through June 30, 2028.

Isaac Nogués (Badalona, 10/02/2004) is a 1.96m shooting guard capable of playing multiple perimeter positions, standing out especially for his defensive intensity. He is one of the best defenders in the competition, thanks to his energy, physical ability, game reading, and versatility in matching up against opponents of different profiles. He also brings dynamism in transition, collective sacrifice, and great competitive mentality.

Developed through Joventut's youth categories where he played from ages 8 to 19, Isaac Nogués perfectly represents the academy's values. After growing up in the green-and-black system, the shooting guard moved to Huesca in LEB Plata before playing in the G League, where with Rip City Remix he had a great season, finishing third in the competition's Defensive Player of the Year voting and setting a record with 10 steals in a single game.

Now Nogués returns to Badalona after continuing his athletic development and winning the Liga Endesa championship with Valencia Basket. At Penya he will reunite with Dani Miret, the coach with whom he shared one of the great successes of his career: the gold medal at the U19 World Championship with the Spanish national team.

With this return, Joventut incorporates a player identified with the club, who knows the demands of Penya and arrives prepared to continue growing at the highest level.
