Anadolu Efes continues to shape its roster for the upcoming season and has secured the continuity of Jordan Loyd. The Turkish club announced the renewal of the American shooting guard for the 2026/27 season, also including an option to extend the deal for one more campaign.
Loyd, 32, played his first season in Istanbul during the 2025/26 campaign and established himself as one of the team's key pieces. In the EuroLeague, he averaged 11.4 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 34 games, while in the Turkish league he posted averages of 12.9 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists.
With an extensive track record in continental competition, the wing has accumulated 193 EuroLeague games after playing for Crvena Zvezda, Valencia Basket, Zenit Saint Petersburg, AS Monaco, Maccabi Tel Aviv and Anadolu Efes. Throughout his career, he has also won titles in Serbia, the ABA League, the VTB League and the French league, in addition to being part of the championship-winning Toronto Raptors in the NBA in 2019.
Loyd's renewal represents important news for Pablo Laso's project, as it keeps one of the most reliable and experienced players on his perimeter.
