The American point guard arrives from Italian side Trapani Shark on a one-year contract
Kids&Us Manresa has signed American point guard J.D. Notae, a 27-year-old, 6'2" floor general who joins from Italian club Trapani Shark. He has signed a one-year deal.
Janaud Nickel "J.D." Notae (born October 27, 1998 in Covington, Georgia) played this season in the Italian league and the Basketball Champions League with Trapani Shark. In the domestic competition, he averaged 13.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists and a 13.1 PIR in 21.1 minutes, while in Europe he finished with 20 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists and a 19 PIR in 30 minutes.
Notae is a point guard with excellent physical and athletic ability, standing out as both a strong playmaker and scorer. His athleticism also makes him a very good on-ball defender—aggressive and disruptive, generating steals.
