Tobey, an international player for Slovenia with a Slovenian passport, would bring experience, size, and knowledge of the Liga Endesa. This season he has worn the jersey of Dreamland Gran Canaria, where he has averaged 8.8 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 0.9 assists.
