The Italian player directly responded to rumors linking him with Olimpia Milano, information that had circulated in various media outlets in recent days.
"Unfortunately, in Italy some people wake up in the morning and break the exclusive that Fontecchio is close to signing with Olimpia Milano, but those are just headlines published by certain media to stir up buzz," explained the wing.
Fontecchio was even more direct when addressing his immediate future: "At this moment, I am ruling out a return to the EuroLeague."
