Dubai Basketball settled its trip to Munich in twenty minutes. Xavi Pascual's team scored 63 points in the first half, went into halftime with a 27-point lead (36-63) and managed the advantage in the second half to beat Bayern (91-107).
After winning in Milan last week, Dubai adds its second consecutive road victory and remains in the upper standings with five wins in seven games.
The standout was Mfiondu Kabengele. The Canadian center scored 24 points and grabbed 7 rebounds, punishing a Bayern team that couldn't find a way to stop him. Elie Okobo ran the offense with 17 points and 9 assists, and Jaron Blossomgame (16) and McKinley Wright (15 points and 5 assists) completed a balanced scoring attack that the German team couldn't contain.
