The 1.91m Belgian combo guard brings experience in Spain's top basketball division, where he has competed for the last two seasons with BAXI Manresa.
The player began his professional career with the Alabama Crimson Tide of the NCAA, the U.S. college basketball league, between 2012 and 2016, before returning to the United States after a season in Germany with OeTTINGER Rockets Gotha, and competing with the Northern Arizona Suns of the G League in the 2018/19 season.
In the following season, the Belgian combo guard returned to Europe, where he played for several teams: Brose Bamberg (Germany), ERA Nymburk (Czech Republic), Hapoel Jerusalem (Israel), LDLC ASVEL (France), and Tortona (Italy).
Obasohan signed with BAXI Manresa in the 2024/25 Liga Endesa season, where he established himself with the Catalan squad, competing in the last two campaigns. Last season, the playmaker averaged 12.3 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.9 assists while accumulating 9.4 efficiency rating per game.
