Shavon Shields Joins Fenerbahce from Milan

Fenerbahce has completed the signing of Shavon Shields on a two-year deal with the Turkish club. The American-Danish wing opens a new chapter after six years with Olimpia Milan.

Shields comes off the 2025/26 season with Milan, where he averaged 12.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.7 assists across 35 EuroLeague games. Once again, he proved to be a crucial piece thanks to his scoring ability, playmaking from the wing, and clutch performances in big moments.

His departure is significant for Milan. Shields leaves as the club's all-time leading scorer in EuroLeague history, while also holding the records for minutes played, two-pointers made, three-pointers made, and free throws made. He also departs after a stint that included domestic titles and enormous importance within the Italian project.

For Fenerbahce, this is a high-quality signing. The Turkish team adds an experienced wing with scoring prowess, athleticism, and complete knowledge of the competition. Shields will embark on his ninth EuroLeague season, having previously played for Baskonia and Milan.

The 2025 European champion is looking to compete for everything after falling short in the last Final Four, and Shields' arrival is aimed at exactly that: raising the competitive level of a roster that wants to return to the top.
