Randolph leads Real Madrid’s comeback in Bilbao (80-87)

The power forward signed his best match as a Madrid player with 26 points and 30 valuation points. Doncic and Campazzo shone in the direction

Real Madrid won their first away win by beating RETAbet Bilbao Basket in the second round of Liga. He had to overcome a match in which he was many minutes to tow due to the great local success in the three pointers but where he got his best face in the most difficult moments. Randolph, in his best game with the whites (26 points, 9 rebounds and 30 valuation), awakened the team with a spectacular second quarter (13 points) while the defense in the final minutes was decisive. Great Doncic (13,8 rebounds and 19 valuation) and Campazzo (11 and 15).

A Bilbao Basket effective in the triple (6/10), with Hervelle as the protagonist (8 points without failure) and two first minutes without scoring from Real Madrid marked the fourth initial. Causeur (6) and Doncic (5) were the attacking pillars of the white team, which was towed by a 10-2 draw against just beginning (28-20, min. 10).

Laso’s side responded with a 9-0 lead by Campazzo (4 assists). He made his debut in Liga Rudy, recovered from a flu, before entering the last quarter with everything equalized (62-60, min. 30).

The white men raised their defensive level. Definitively closing the rebound with Randolph and Ayon and launching lethal counter-attacks, they dismounted Carles Durán’s men. With 68-63 in the 33rd minute, Doncic led a 13-0 draw in the next three minutes, which ended local hopes (68-77, min. 36). Campazzo and again Randolph sealed the second league victory of Real Madrid (80-87, min. 40).
