ago 25 2026The new EuroLeague SuperCup offers more than prestige. The tournament debuting September 18-19 at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi will guarantee prize money for its four invited teams: €500,000 per club simply for participating.
The champion will boost the prize pool further. The team that lifts the inaugural title will earn up to €750,000 in total revenue. There's a third component of the distribution worth noting: from the remaining revenue generated by the event, EuroLeague will allocate a portion to increase financial distribution to all clubs in the league, meaning the four-team tournament benefits, to a lesser extent, all eighteen teams.
To put the figures in perspective: €500,000 guaranteed for two days of preseason is income that many league clubs don't earn from entire playoff rounds. It's easy to see why no one declined the invitation.
Ticket Prices: €55 to €2,547
The other measure of the event's scale is the box office, and the range speaks volumes about the audience it's targeting. The complete two-day package, on sale starting Monday on the Etihad Arena website, starts at around €134 and climbs to €2,547 for front-row VIP seating.
Those preferring a single day will have to wait until August 31, when individual game tickets go on sale: Friday semifinal tickets range from €55 to €138, and Saturday final tickets range from €102 to €256 depending on the seat location.
The lineup, as a reminder, brings together champion Olympiacos, runner-up Real Madrid, 2025 champion Fenerbahce, and host Dubai, with Olympiacos-Fenerbahce and Dubai-Real Madrid as Friday, September 18 semifinals.
