Andrej Stojakovic Declares for 2026 NBA Draft While Keeping Illinois Return Option Open
Andrej Stojakovic has officially entered his name into the 2026 NBA Draft while maintaining the option to return to Illinois Fighting Illini to continue his college basketball career, according to ESPN
The 6'7" shooting guard, son of former NBA player Peja Stojakovic, comes off a solid junior season at Illinois, playing a key role in the team's run to the NCAA Final Four.
During the 2024-25 season, Stojakovic averaged 13.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.0 assist per game, shooting 50% from the field. His main area for improvement heading into the professional level appears to be his three-point shooting, where he recorded a 24.4% clip from beyond the arc.
With good size, scoring ability and room to grow, Stojakovic will now look to gauge his true value among NBA executives before making a final decision on his future.
