The Serbian shooting guard arrives in Houston as a proven shooter with experience in important games. His signing addresses a clear need for the Rockets: adding outside threat, veteran presence, and a player capable of providing immediate impact within the rotation.
Bogdanovic comes off playing the 2025/26 season with the Los Angeles Clippers, where he had a more limited role. In 23 games, three of them as a starter, he averaged 7.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in 19.7 minutes per game, shooting 34.7% from three-point range.
Although his numbers were far from his best NBA seasons, Houston is betting on his experience, his ability to space the floor, and his reliability as a team player. The Serbian will face his tenth season in the league with the goal of regaining prominence within a competitive rotation.
