"What we have shown is what it means to wear this jersey," said the Croatian player, who acknowledged the merit of the Greek team: "Olympiacos has been the best team this season; they finished first in the regular season".
Hezonja highlighted Real Madrid's reaction in a critical scenario and said he felt "very proud and happy" about the attitude of his teammates and the entire club. "Congratulations to Olympiacos, but today we had them. Either team could have won. We had some bad luck at the end, but I am very proud," he said.
