Developed through American college basketball at Penn State, Iowa State, and Gonzaga (NCAA), the point guard made the jump to Europe in 2023.
In his first experience on the Old Continent, Rasir played for Belgian side Telenet Giants, where he had a brilliant campaign with averages of 17.8 points, 2.9 assists, and 3.2 rebounds per game with a 37.2% three-point percentage, becoming the second-leading scorer in the Belgian league.
His progression continued at Serbian club Spartak Office Shoes during the 2024/2025 season, where he shared the team with former Rio Breogan player Momirov, contributing 13.4 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 3 assists with a 34.5% three-point percentage in 28 games, reaching the ABA League Finals.
In the previous season (2025/2026), Bolton played for GeVi Napoli in the Italian Lega Basket Serie A, where he consolidated his game and his numbers with 13.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game.
