The Basketball Champions League has mapped its path to the Final Four. The draw held at the Badalona Museum confirmed the quarterfinal matchups and the complete bracket leading to the title fight.
The quarterfinal matchups are as follows:
Rytas Vilnius vs ERA Nymburk
AEK BC vs Asisa Joventut
La Laguna Tenerife vs Galatasaray
Unicaja vs ALBA Berlin
The format will be best-of-three series. The series will begin on April 1 with the higher-seeded teams playing at home, the second games will be played on April 7 and 8, and if necessary, the third game will be played on April 15.
Additionally, the draw also determined the path to the final. In the semifinals, the winner of Unicaja–ALBA Berlin will face the winner of AEK–Joventut, which opens the door to a possible matchup between Spanish teams in the title's semifinal.
On the other side of the bracket, the winner of Rytas–Nymburk will meet the winner of Tenerife–Galatasaray.
The Final Four will be held in Badalona at the Palau Municipal d'Esports, with semifinals scheduled for May 7 and the final on May 9.
The event is already generating great anticipation, with high ticket demand even before the quarterfinals are resolved, confirming the growth and appeal of the competition in its tenth edition.
