For three quarters, MoraBanc Andorra proved to be an uncomfortable opponent for Valencia Basket. They won the first quarter, kept pace in the third, and entered the final ten minutes down just nine points (68-77). But Xavi Albert's team had more rotation, more legs, and better shooting, and a devastating fourth quarter of 11-34 turned a competitive game into a 32-point defeat for the Andorrans.
Andorra Holds On with Akinjo and Pustovyi
The first quarter ended with the home team ahead (21-20). James Akinjo orchestrated with precision and Artem Pustovyi was a constant problem near the rim for Valencia's defense. Valencia took control in the second quarter, when their pressure began forcing turnovers and Saint-Supéry found his way to the basket with ease. At halftime, the score was 39-46.
The third quarter brought an exchange of blows: Andorra scored 29 points, with Kassius Robertson very active from beyond the arc, but Valencia answered on every possession and maintained the distance.

Brooks Breaks Open the Game
The fourth quarter was a Valencia monologue. Defense suffocated Andorra, who managed just 11 points, and Armoni Brooks punished every mistake from beyond the arc: he finished with 23 points in 16 minutes, including five three-pointers. A 13-0 run definitively opened the gap, and Valencia led by as much as 35. Albert's team finished with 14 steals and just 8 turnovers, compared to 17 for Andorra.
Nate Sako did the less glamorous work in the paint, grabbing 11 rebounds, while Jaime Pradilla was unavailable, but Guillem Corbalán was there, providing order in the bench minutes. For Andorra, Akinjo closed with 17 points, 7 assists, and a rating of 28, without sufficient help down the stretch.
