The Tennessee-born point guard signs with the Basque club on a two-year deal with an option for an additional season
Damion Baugh (1.91 m, 2000) becomes Kosner Baskonia's newest player after signing a contract for the next two seasons, with the option to extend his commitment for one more campaign.
The 25-year-old point guard arrives in Vitoria-Gasteiz following his stint in American basketball. Baugh developed at the University of Memphis, where he played two seasons with the Tigers before making the jump to professional basketball. In 2024, he made his NBA debut with the Charlotte Hornets. Throughout his career, he also played in the Basketball Africa League (BAL) with Al Ahly, where he recorded the first triple-double in the competition's history with 11 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists, and set the single-game assists record with 18.
Last season, he was part of the Valley Suns, a G League team, where he appeared in 34 games and averaged 22.4 points, 5.9 rebounds, 8 assists, and 2.1 steals per game.
Kosner Baskonia brings in a physical point guard for the next two seasons.
