Surne Bilbao needed a win after the 119-84 loss at Movistar Arena and got it at home, with nearly 8,000 fans at Miribilla. MoraBanc Andorra forced them to fight for half an hour, but Jaume Ponsarnau's team ultimately imposed their outside shooting and found in Martin Krampelj the player who sealed the game.
Andorra Leads Early
The home team's game plan was to stop Kyle Kuric, who had scored 26 points against Río Breogán, and they managed it during the first half. The problem was Jaylen Akinjo. The point guard of Zan Tabak's team controlled the first quarter in which Andorra went up seven (15-22), and in the second quarter the threat was Pustovyi: the Ukrainian center punished near the basket and from the free throw line.
The Turnaround Before Halftime
Surne Bilbao kept the game close thanks to Andorra's poor shooting from outside, and in the final stretch of the second quarter found Normantas and Somogyi to turn the scoreboard around. The home team reached halftime ahead for the first time (42-40), after a 27-18 run in that period.

Kuric Tightens, Krampelj Delivers
The third quarter opening set the tone. The Bilbao team started with a 5-0 run, tightened their defense and strung together three three-pointers that gave them breathing room before the final period (65-57). Andorra didn't give up. Kuric finally appeared from beyond the arc and finished with five three-pointers, enough to keep his team in a tight finish. That's when Krampelj responded: the Slovenian, the game's leading scorer with 20 points and four three-pointers, hit the baskets that sealed the game.
Surne Bilbao, which finished with 15 three-pointers, improves to 4-2. MoraBanc Andorra, despite Kuric's 17 points and Pustovyi's 14, falls to 1-5 and remains in the lower half of the standings.
