The Georgia franchise is closing a trade with the Oklahoma City Thunder for the shooting guard in exchange for two second-round draft picks: Atlanta's 2030 pick and the less favorable pick between the Hawks and Lakers in 2032.
Wiggins arrives in Atlanta as a reliable rotation player, with the ability to provide defense, outside shooting, and quality minutes off the bench. For Oklahoma City, the deal allows them to continue accumulating draft capital and adjust an increasingly deep roster.
